As President of Delasoft, Satish is responsible for executing the company’s vision and strategy to lead Delasoft through its next phase of evolution that will be defined by GIS Solutions, Mobile Applications, and Cloud Computing.  

Satish has over 22 years of IT industry experience as entrepreneur and senior executive. Under his leadership Delasoft grew from a small startup to multimillion dollar business with offices in USA and India. Satish holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics & Communications and MBA from SV University. 

Jay West joined Delasoft Inc. in 2007 to work in sales and marketing. Previously, Jay was Vice President and General Manager of the Americas for Objective Systems Integration and then moved on to become President and CEO of Sequel Systems. He has also served as lead sales and marketing executive with both public and private companies. Jay brings a wealth of experience working with large clients in both the enterprise and government arena around the world. 

Mike has 25+ years’ experience as a technology consultant, technology executive and project delivery manager with Fortune 500 private sector companies, state government, and small businesses across the country, delivering $1 million to $150 million dollar technology initiatives, which include complex tax revenue collection/accounting systems, entity formation technology, IRS compliance projects, professional development licensing systems and end to end credit card revenue and regulatory projects, servicing over 50 million customers. Mike has deep experience managing and process re-engineering production environments that support billions in annual revenue collections. In addition, he’s managed project initiatives to interface application and funding technology for consumer finance programs for Apple Computers, AAA Insurance, Gateway Computers, Ethan Allen Furniture, Steinway Piano, ADT Home Security, and Home Depot.

Chris joined us after retiring from Wisconsin Department of Transportation after 32 years. He graduated from Marquette University in 1991 with a BS in Civil Engineering and is a practicing Professional Engineer. Chris spent his first 25 years in highway maintenance and operations at a regional office. He has spent the last 7 years at the central office supervising all the program areas in Maintenance, which includes the permitting area. He ended his career as Chief of Roadside Facilities and Program Management.

Anand joined Delasoft as a software architect and is responsible for providing modern scalable architecture and design for Delasoft products and applications.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology from IIT Kanpur.

Deepa joined Delasoft as a Senior Software Engineer but is currently the Manager of Product Delivery for all Delasoft products.  Deepa implements best-practice tools and processes to ensure the product analyst clearly defines and communicates requirements to the team and stakeholders.

Ganesh is currently a lead project manager and developer with Delasoft. With over 10 years of experience in software development, he brings his expertise to projects throughout development, testing, and implementation.

Raghavendar is a senior developer with Delasoft, Inc. Since joining Delasoft in 2010, he has worked on numerous custom applications across a variety of platforms.

Haseeb started working with Delasoft in 2016, managing road inventory collection in New Mexico. Shortly after completing the project, he returned to Delaware and continued to provide his skills as a test lead for GIS products. As of late 2019, he is a product manager who works with state and local entities to understand customer needs and requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
